André joined XPS’s Investment Consulting practice in 2017 and heads the Leeds Investment team, providing all aspects of investment advice to UK defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes.

André is also the head of XPS Fiduciary Management Oversight Service, prior to joining XPS André spent 4 years providing investment advice to UK pensions schemes on a delegated basis. André also sits on the committee shaping the industry standard for evaluating the performance of fiduciary management and is a qualified actuary.

Before joining the investment profession André spent 14 years in the RAF.
