Laura Edge is currently Pension Manager at Visa with responsibility for all pension plans in the Europe area. She has focused on pension and benefits for the majority of her career, always working in-house and has working on a range of different types of arrangements and plan designs. Having originally trained as a primary school teacher, Laura has a keen interest in member communication, understanding and education.
