David is Head Investment Strategy UK at SECOR. David has been advising corporate and local authority pension schemes for over 20 years implementing bespoke solutions ranging from equity overlays, LDI and innovative private market exposures. David has also held a number of senior management roles at Hymans where he was a Partner and a member of the investment executive leadership team and leading the London investment office. David has a BSc in Actuarial Mathematics from Heriot-Watt University and is a qualified actuary.
