Joe Howley is an investment consultant at XPS Pension Group based in London. His role is split between advising institutional clients on a wide range of investment strategy projects from portfolio construction to implementation and leading the Property Research team at XPS.

As Head of Property Research, Joe leads a team of seven to research and monitor a wide range property funds and managers. Joe is also involved in growing the firm’s client base from its traditional defined benefit pension scheme base to other institutional investors.

Prior to joining XPS in January 2021 and prior to that worked at Willis Towers Watson where he advised pension schemes and other institutional investors on investment strategy including allocations to secure income assets and various property mandates.

Joe is a CFA Charterholder and graduated from City University London with a degree in Mathematical Science with Finance and Economics.
