Philipp Weber is the Head of Investment Consulting for Mercer Switzerland. He has over 20 years of experience in providing investment advice to institutional investors. With his team Philipp covers the full range of investment consulting services, including investment strategy setting, portfolio structuring, manager selection, governance support and monitoring. From 2010 to 2021 Philipp had been a Senior Investment Consultant with a local investment pension advisory firm. From 2005 and 2009 , Philipp worked for a large Swiss bank and had different roles in risk- and portfolio management. He frequently lectures on pension and investment related topics and authored numerous articles in this field.
